I am typing these words into a little box on my computer screen. That is the way many websites are updated, but there many other ways to publish to the web. The majority of posts on this website will be made through email or direct phone calls.

I don't have an expensive mobile phone. I have the cheapest flip phone I could find, with a pay as you go plan. It does have text, and also email. Text is much cheaper than voice, and it works very well.

I will also be making some audio messages with my phone. As I mentioned, this is more expensive and also has some limits on message length and number of calls. Most computers seem to be able to play the audio files. If you are unable to play the messages or want to try something new, you might like XMPlay, the program I use.

There may be a delay of a few hours from the time I place the call or send the email and when it shows up on the site. The updates are entered by a program I have scheduled to run every so often. I don't want to run it too often as I probably will not be posting all that much, but if it becomes a problem I can always make adjustments.

The posts may be a little confusing at first until I can figure out how to make things run smoothly. Thanks for checking it out.
